let's review part 2

the "creators" of the constitution decided that one all-powerful entity wasnt enough so they created three of them. this to them was unassailable logic. remember, these guys were bureaucrats. bureaucrats dont think like normal people do. they think like lawyers. meaning "reality is what we declare it to be." so they created three equally powerful entities and called this.......sit down for this......a BALANCE. not a partnership. the word "balance" when your civics teacher says it is supposed to make you think he is saying "mortal enemies vying impotently against each other to gain full control." what he is really saying is "three allies unified in dedicated determination against YOU." instead of creating one mad insane dog to order you around....they created a Cerberus!!!! Cerberus has never once pitted one of it's heads against one of the others. Cerberus is very unified in agreement that EVERYTHING THAT ISNT CERBERUS IS THE ENEMY. now: when you were first told that the legislative - which creates rules for you to obey - and the executive - which creates rules for you to obey - and the judicial - which creates rules for you to obey.....equaled a "balance of power"....implying that they would use some mystical fairy tale called "checks and balances" that would keep them powerless........you were being misinformed. they are a triad of power. just like Ancient Rome. there is nothing unique and magically original about the government created out of thin air by the constitution. its a triad of authority working in unison just like in Italy in 300 BC. thank you. god bless you.

let's review

because of the nature of government in the US unconstitutional laws are passed every billionth of a second by the three hundred thousand governments and government agencies americans live under because americans just cannot get enough governments the more the better. ten years later the supreme court, after all the other courts deal with the law, will decide - if the law gets there - will decide if it is actually unconstitutional or not. meanwhile people are being thrown in jail for disobeying the law that no one knows if its constitutional or not. if the supreme court gets around to deciding 5-to-4 or better that's its unconstitutional then you dont get arrested for it anymore. until five minutes later when the substitute law is passed that may or may not be constitutional. most laws never make it to the supreme court to find out if they're constitutional or not because there's not enough of a hubub about them. HUBUB is what determines what makes it to the supreme court. not the constitution. most laws do not get to the supreme court. so you will keep getting arrested for breaking them. you might also get arrested for not breaking ANY law, constitutional or not. you can get arrested due to the "because I said so" law. which is not even on the books. and might not even be constitutional: it's never come before the court to find out. thank you. and god bless you.

let's review!

bill of rights review.
in case you have never actually read or understood the bill of rights they are
1: you have the right to complain, gather into a crowd, and have an imagination.
2: you have the right to an "arm" meaning a weapon. not necessarily a firearm. the jury is still out on what this "right" actually means.
3: if there is a war you can be forced to house a soldier. whether it is a "friendly" or an "enemy" has never actually been decided formally.
4: you have the right to arrest, or in normal language, the right to be kidnapped, and you have the right to be looted.
5: you have the right to being charged with a crime after your right to an arrest has been granted.
6: you have the right to a "trial" to "determine" your "guilt" or "Innocence" after your right to an arrest has been granted.
7: you have the right to a "jury" trial after you right to an arrest has been granted.
8: you have the right to pay ransom for yourself after your right to an arrest been granted and you have the right to be tortured and/or executed after your right to an arrest has been granted.
9: this right has nothing to do with you.
10: this right has nothing to do with you.
and there you have it! the Fantastic Bill of Rights. It's yours, citizen! Enjoy!
You know what's really funny?.....you're told that certain bureaucrats "fought long and hard" to insist that these ten amendments adopted. I'm thinking things would have been a lot smoother for a longer period of time if they had lost that tussle.

limbaugh's worshippers

limbaugh's listener say the word "constitution" like catholic children used to be taught to say "jesus." catholics once had to bow their heads every time they said the name "jesus." what this accomplished was less and less catholics ever saying the name "jesus." because you had to bow your head. that was mandatory. it was never explicitly proclaimed that you would be committing a mortal sin - which see - but it was asumed by catholics that you were walking a tightrope between salvation and damnation if you said jesus without a head nod. conservatives have the same reverence for the word constitution. they all love this essay that they have never read. when you say constitution to rush limbaugh he never says "what do you like about it." he knows what you like about it: you like saying you like it. the idea that the constitution is actually the problem or even any part of the problem is a forbidden thought. it's like saying jesus is not in the bread disk, i mean the host. it's a forbidden thought. if jesus is not in the host then jesus didnt exist.  if the constitution is not the pathway to glorious liberty - even though its a complete curtailment of liberty - they YOU do not exist. and no one wants you not to exist.

the civil war

the loss by the South of the civil War should have proved to the North (ya know, the normal, non governmental citizens) that the Constitution is totally fraudulent. The Civil War loss by the South demonstrated that there really is no such thing as "States' rights." You see, the South assumed that the Constitution was something the Thing That IS Not A State - DC - paid attention to. Well, sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. It depends on how the decision favors DC: which is what the Constitution was really written for: DC. Not "America." So the southern States basically stole real estate from DC. Countries traditionally don't like this. The South thought they were being nobel. Plus the slave owners like all the free 12 year old nubian nookie not to mention the white gals and teens liking jacking off the hung bucks.  But in the human species territory trumps gonads. It's always a close battle but territorial imperatives usually prevail. Because without territory there's no pussy. Just watch PBS nature shows if you don't believe that.

a moment from facebook

"The U.S. Constitution has 4,400 words. It is the oldest and shortest written Constitution of any major government in the world."
and for some reason it's still not fully understood by anyone in government and is constantly being interpreted and reinterpreted and explained and re-explained in ways contrary to the original explanations and is "living" and changing and yet resolute and final and eternal and simple to understand and yet complex and needing of micro-examining and honing and deciding and re-deciding and declaring and molding and shaping and did i say interpreting? why it's almost mystical and chimerical, this amazing piece of rules and regulations written by a committee of British-loving homesick bureaucrats half drunk with sudden power and not-so-sudden bourbon. Hillsdale College makes millions "teaching" this Instruction Sheet For Bureaucrats all the while insisting its somehow actually talking to you. it isn't. it's talking to your owners. it's written for bureaucrats. it's not written for you. if you are mentioned at all its only by whimsical accident which is being constantly looked at for ways to remove them quietly and without incident.

Jj Solari how is it the first people to compose a constitution "got it right and perfect the first time " and all the other countries have not. that's not a real question. that's actually a disguised effort to try wake up at least one of your brain cells if only for a microsecond.

it's not written for you

The customary religious doctrine regarding the constitution is that it was written for the populace. It was actually written for bureaucrats. Only government employees are ever referenced with the possible exception of people who are under arrest - which is the main thrust of the bill of rights - it is possible that some of these arrestees are non government personnel. "We the people" is the people who composed the constitution. As is made clear once you start trying to read it. You will never be mentioned. Government will be the sole topic under discussion. You are not there. Except when arrested. Then you appear in the constitution
